Do I need experience to start?
No. Most of our members walked in with zero jiu-jitsu experience. Classes are structured to build fundamentals from day one.
What should I bring to my first class?
Comfortable athletic clothes (shorts/rashguard) for your trial class. If you continue with gi classes, we'll help you get set up with a gi.
What's the difference between gi and no-gi?
Gi classes train in the traditional jiu-jitsu uniform and focus on grip-based technique. No-gi is faster-paced grappling without the uniform, closer to what you'd see in MMA. Many members train both.
Is there a kids program?
Not yet — it's coming soon. Reach out to be notified when it launches.
